...but sleeping in is really damn nice, especially given how demanding the new position is. I'm trying out a compromise between my morning runs and getting that extra blessed hour of sleep; instead of running 5 times a week for half an hour, I'll try running 4 times for forty minutes. That will actually add ten minutes to the amount of time I spend running during the week. I tried forty minutes this morning and that went quite reasonably. In fact, I strongly suspect I could run fifty minutes, but I'm not going to push things that fast; I got to this point successfully by building up gradually with a sensible program.

On a side note, the new trainers are amazing! Running in them feels so much better!
