Sounds like a school that would be nice to teach at. In almost everything involving kids I've found that the ones that haven't had everything handed to them on a silver platter have been more respectful, harder working, and more real of people than the spoiled buggers.
Hope the attitude of them continues and that you keep enjoying teaching them!
