Good strong, or bad strong? Or an acquired strong taste?
I've had rattlesnake. It does taste like chicken, but that's mainly because it was dipped in the same kind of flour mixture that you'd use for fried chicken.
I want to try baked, broiled, or roasted rattlesnake. Sans flour mixture.
