Well, it's a day late...

... and it's a microwave meal, but I at least have a turkey dinner to celebrate Thanksgiving with. I've supplemented it with some sausage and mash, as well as really nice roast veggies (including parnsip and butternut squash). I have raspberry torte for dessert and plenty o' cider, so methinks I'm set.
