I am glad that your power washer was able to kill the yellow-jacket colony. Also, I hope that your mom is recovering well from being stung on the nose. Take care of yourself & watch out for more insects.

The swelling was gone some hours later, but her nose was red for the rest of the day. She said it felt like someone hit her in the nose, it hurt that much. She's fine now, though a bit paranoid about the occasional wasp still lingering on.
