Still no clothes hangers...

The last couple days (which, in theory, I get paid for) have consisted mostly of attending some courses for overseas teachers put on by the local school district. Though they were a bit tiring at times, overall, it was a good experience. I got to make many new friends and contacts, including some fellow Canucks (and a pair from Victoria, no less!). I've also gotten in quite a bit of walking and a bit of housework. The only real annoyance of the last couple of days was my modem deciding to be American without my knowledge, costing me a bit of aggravation in trying to deal with AOL support. I eventually figured out what the problem was on my own and switched the modem back to the UK setting. I'm looking forward to my first day of school tomorrow (no kids yet, though; that's next week).

Yep, I'm getting my groove back...
