I just ended my week and a half long bout of slack-ass with a session of biking over an hour and a half long. Amazingly, I've discovered I CAN get a bit of cardio workout on my bike, and can sure as hell work up a sweat, though, granted, running provides more intensive exercise. The biking is easier on the knees, however, or, would be if my jean shorts weren't a inch too long and, as a result, rubbed 'em raw. Ouch! I actually had to stop at a pharmacy and pick up large bandaids to halt the erosion of my epidermis. On a brighter note, my nipples are fine! *silly grin*
